Job Description
The Telecommunications UCC Engineer gives voice building, with an attention on voice/constant correspondences. Gives venture support just as tasks bolster required for Avaya PBX and Cisco information capacities identified with media communications that incorporates, yet isn't constrained to everyday O&M acceleration support, framework overhauls/upgrades, just as progressing activities and everyday moves, includes, changes (MACs) working intimately with the Senior UCC Engineers.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Supports media transmission voice tasks
- Bolster venture Voice framework in an Avaya domain - Dial plans, PBX, doors, Avaya correspondences supervisor, Avaya Session Manager
- Team up with Micron specialty units and partners to break down and makes an interpretation of business prerequisites into building, plan, and specialized determinations to help media communications framework
- Gives specialized direction with respect to innovation and proposed moves up to hardware and behaviors specialized achievability contemplates
- Proactively recognize and resolve issues inside the voice and Telecom condition
- Take an interest in the continuous help and upkeep of existing voice foundation.
- Communication framework programming on different frameworks – for example PBX, Voice Mail
